  1. Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  2. Make ready 1 tsp Tikka Masala/ Garammasala powder
  3. Take 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 3 spoon Mustard oil
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Chat Masala Powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp besan (Gram flour)
  7. Prepare 3-4 spoon Curd
  8. Prepare 1 Capcicum cut in Square
  9. Prepare 1 Onion Square
  10. Prepare 1 Boiled potato cut in Cubes
  11. Take as per taste Salt
  12. Make ready Butter

Steps to make Tandoori Aloo Tikka:
  1. In mixing bowl take Mustard oil, kasmiri Red chilli powder, tikka masala/ garammasala Powder, Coriander powder, Chat Masala,Gram flour Curd and salt per taste and beat the mixture.
  2. Add the onions, capsicum and boiled potato cut big pieces (Kept in refrigerator for 1 hr)Slowly and gently mix them with the marinade.
  3. Now Put the coal piece in the metal bowl and put the bowl in the chicken pot. Pour the butter on the hot coal and immediately cover the pot for 10 minutes.
  4. Skew the alternative Capicum,Boiled potato, onion
  5. Next in pan heat butter add the skewers and cook for all side for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Enjoy the Tandoori Aloo Tikka with Mint Chutney.
