  2. Get 1 large Hunts pork and beans,baked
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  4. Prepare 2 medium eggs,beaten
  5. Take 1 medium onion, chopped
  6. Get 2 clove garlic,finely chopped
  7. Take 1/4 tsp cayenne powder(optional)
  8. Take 3 large buns,toasted on both sides
  9. Take 1 medium tomato,sliced
  10. Prepare 1 vegetable oil,for frying
  11. Make ready 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions to make Spinach Burger with pork and beans:
  1. In a bowl,combine flour,eggs,onion,cayenne powder,garlic and spinach,Season with salt and pepper then give it all a good mix with a wooden spoon until combined then divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet, over medium heat, about 4 minutes.
  3. Scoop the mixture into the pan then flattening thin with the back of a spoon after placing in the skillet.(make flat burger shapes about 1/2 inch thick.)
  4. Cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until browning.(Be patient..if you flip them too soon,they will fall apart.)Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  5. Stuff buns with burgers,tomatoes and pork and beans then top with cheddar cheese.
