  3. Take 1 bunch mustard leaves
  4. Take 2 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  5. Take 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
  6. Get 1 1/4 oz tamarind soup mix
  7. Prepare 1 medium onion, chopped
  8. Get 2 green chili
  9. Prepare 6 cup water
  10. Get 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions to make Sinigang na Bangus sa Miso:
  1. Heat cooking pot and pour in cooking oil.
  2. Put the onions in when the oil becomes hot, and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the miso and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Put in the fish sauce and water, then stir. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add the tomatoes and the tamarind soup mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Put in the long green chilis and bangus (milkfish). Cook for 15-18 minutes in low heat.
  7. Finally, add the mustard leaves and turn off the heat. Cover the pot and let the residual heat cook the greens.
  8. Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve. Enjoy!
