  2. Get 2 Uncle Ben's boil in bag brown rice(cooked)
  3. Make ready 2 cans rotel
  4. Make ready 2 cans chick peas(drained & rinsed)
  5. Get 1 small can corn
  6. Get season salt
  7. Get chicken marinade (Lea & perrins)
  8. Take Onion powder
  9. Get 2 boxes chicken stock (won't use all)

Steps to make Turkey, Chick pea, brown rice dish:
  1. Brown ground turkey with chicken marinade, season salt and onion powder. Cook rice while browning using 1 box of the chicken stock and 4 cups of water.
  2. Once turkey is cooked add rotel, Chick peas, & corn and enough chicken stock to almost cover. Bring to a boil. Cook at a boil for about 20 minutes stirring frequently.
  3. Drain rice and add to mixture. Continue to cook at a boil for 5-10 minutes. Season to taste.
