  1. Cut onion in a pan and add oil to cook the onions untill brown
  2. Crate carrots.
  3. Add crated carrots on the browned cooked onions and stir.
  4. Wash the rice and stir in the carrots,add 4cups of water to cook the rice.check so that it does not burn.when the water is almost dry.reduce the heat and cook slowly untill dry.
  5. Green peas
  6. Cook onions in oil until brown,add the cube cut carrots stir,add the potatoes and green peas give them time to cook.
  7. Serve when hot and enjoy.Ganishe with Avocado.
