  9. Make ready 2 tspn of salt
  10. Take 3 cups water

  1. First of all in a pot add oil and add sliced onion
  2. Along with all the spices make it light yellow colour cook it for 5 minutes
  3. Then add 1 cup of peas I used frozen you can use fresh and cook it for 5 minutes
  4. Also add salt according to your taste
  5. Then add 3 cups of water for 2 cups of rice (so here comes the trick) always add 1 cup extra water as compare to your rice I took 2 cups of rice so I added 3 cups of water your pulao rice will always comes out perfect
  6. Then after adding water add soaked rice in the pot
  7. When little bit water left around 1 cup slow down the flame cover the lid and put on dum (simmer) for exact 10 minutes not more than that
  8. After 10 minutes your peas pulao is ready to serve
