  1. Prepare 2 small potatoes

  3. Take 1 bowl frozen garden peas
  4. Take 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  6. Take 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon coriander chopped
  8. Take 1 teaspoon cumin and mustard seeds
  9. Take 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Add the garam masala and paprika and stir. Bring to a rapid simmer, then lower the heat. This is a quick and delicious Indian vegetarian dish which is made with leftover rice. Drain the potatoes and set aside.

  1. Soak the rice in cold water for an hour before
