  1. Make ready 1 cup rice
  2. Get 1 tsp Oil
  3. Get 1/2 cup methi ( fenugreek)leaves
  4. Take 1/4 cup peas
  5. Prepare 1 small capsicum
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped green garlic
  7. Prepare 2 green chillies chopped
  8. Get to taste Salt

  1. Wash and soak rice.heat oil in pot put chopped green garlic add chopped methi leaves and peas cook for two mnts add chopped capcicum,salt and chopped green chillies cook for two mnts add water when boil add rice and cook.when rice are cooked. Remove serve with dahi or raita.
