The ingredients needed to make Rice,peas,potato and vegies:
  1. Prepare 1/4 rice
  2. Take 4 pieces potatoes(peeled,cut and washed)
  3. Take 2 Carrots(one grated,one cubed cut)
  4. Get 1/4 cabbage(washed,and cut into small pieces)
  5. Take Grounded garlic
  6. Make ready Cooking oil
  7. Prepare leaves Coriander
  8. Make ready to taste Salt
  9. Get 1/4 g Boiled soft peas
  10. Make ready 2 large onions cut into small pieces
  11. Get 3 tomatoes washed and cut into small pieces

Steps to make Rice,peas,potato and vegies:
  1. Heat 500ml of water.Add 2 spoonfull of cooking oil and salt to taste.
  2. Once it has boiled wash the rice and add to the boiling water
  3. Cover it and let it simmer till there's no water.add the grated rice and coriander leaves
  4. Put it in the oven in a low heat and remove after 10 minutes
  5. In a different pan(sufuria) heat 2 spoonfull of oil.add the onions and stir till it's golden brown.add garlic, then coriander leaves,carrots and stir.then add tomatoes and stir till tomatoes turns into paste
  6. Add 500 ml of water.once it's boiling add the peas and the potatoes.add salt to taste
  7. Cover it and leave to simmer till potatoes are soft
  8. In a separate pan heat 2 spoonful of cooking oil and add onions,stir till golden brown.
  9. Add the cabbages and salt to taste.Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  10. Serve with a cold juice.enjoy
