The ingredients needed to make Caramalized Aloo:
  1. Prepare 125 gm Baby Potatoes
  2. Get 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  3. Take 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
  4. Take 1 Tbsp Honey
  5. Get 2-3 Tbsp Cornflour
  6. Get 1 Tbsp Oil
  7. Get 1 tsp Crush Red Chilli
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Crush Blackpepper
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Sugar
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds
  12. Take 1 tsp Fresh Coriander chop
  13. Prepare Oil to fry

Instructions to make Caramalized Aloo:
  1. Wash & peel baby potatoes.agar na milay tu small size round aloo use krain & bite size main cut bhi krskty hain.boil potatoes & strain them. I hv peeled skin before boiling.app boiling ky baad bhi remove krskty hain.
  2. Aik plate main cornflour spread krdain.jab aloo ka pani drain ho jay tu cornflour py add krdain aur dust krlain.buht ziada coating nahi karni, just roll all potato in cornflour casually.
  3. Heat oil in a wok at medium & fry potatoes in oil.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan.add cutti lal mirch,salt.fry a minute.add vinegar,soya sauce,sugar & fry at low to medium flame.
  5. Add honey.add freshly crush blackpepper & fry at low flame till honey & sugar start caramalizing & sauce gets glossy look.
  6. Take out fried aloo from wok & add directly in sauce.
  7. Coat aloo in sauce well at medium flame.a shiny glaze covers potato.sprinkle sesame seeds over.
  8. Dishout & serve with bread,buns, pancakes,noodles or even rice & enjoy a new aurra of potatoes with cookpad.sprinkle some fresh coriander to add more colour & flavour.
