The ingredients needed to make White sauce paste recipe:
  1. Take 1 cup/150 grams penne pasta
  2. Prepare 100 grams chicken if vegetarian skip it
  3. Make ready 1 each capsicum red yellow bell pepper onions diced
  4. Prepare as required mushroom ,corn,carrot ,tomatoes (optional)
  5. Prepare 1 tsp pasta or pizza seasoning
  6. Prepare 1 tsp pepper powder
  7. Get 1 tsp chilli flakes
  8. Take to taste salt
  9. Take 4 tbsp butter or you can use oil
  10. Make ready 2-3 tbsp maida or plain flour
  11. Prepare 1-2 cheese slice or cubes 2 to 3 or processed cheese 1/2 cup
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp or 1 small pod crushed garlic
  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp pepper chilli flakes and pasta for seasoning vegetables
  14. Prepare 2 cups full fat milk (uyou can top up with water if more required

Steps to make White sauce paste recipe:
  1. Boil water adding salt and oil, after boiling add pasta mix with spoon as it settles and sticks down. Boil on medium flame 8 to 10 minutes cooking time.

  3. Depends on the quality of pasta once 80 percent done strain water run tap water on it to stop the cooking process then set aside.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil add crushed garlic saute 30 seconds add chicken saute for 2 to 3 minutes medium flame then add vegetables and 1/4 tsp of each pepper salt pasta seasoning and chilli flakes cook for another 1 minutes then remove set aside
  5. To the same pan add 3 tbsp butter or oil add maida or plain flour saute 30 seconds then add milk little by little beat well until all milk is used if lumps are forming cool the mixture grind it smooth and add back to pan and continue cooking
  6. Add 1 tsp of each pepper salt pasta seasoning salt add cheese slices mix well once cheese melts add sauteed chicken and vegetables and the boiled penne pasta mix well.
  7. Check seasoning if less you can add more of all the spices mix well simmer 1 or 2 minutes as we have cooked pasta and the vegetables and chicken already
