The ingredients needed to make Redwine walnut cranberries sourdough:

  5. Get 15 g salt
  6. Make ready 90 g walnut
  7. Get 90 g craberries

Instructions to make Redwine walnut cranberries sourdough:
  1. Rinsed cranberries and soaked in 2 tablespoon of redwine
  2. Mixed cranberries n walnut to flour
  3. Add All ingredients except Salt to the flour. Mixed well and let ut rest for an hr
  4. After an hour, add salt and knead the dough till smooth and can create a window pane
  5. Let it proof for 9hr or until you poke a hole onto the dough that the depression wont close up
  6. After 1st proof is done. Do cutting and shapping. And proof another 45min
  7. Lastly. Decorate your bread and bake in oven at 200 degree for 25 to 30mins
