  3. Take 1 tsp Ra-yu ★
  4. Prepare 1 large Umeboshi
  5. Make ready 2 tsp Mirin
  6. Take 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions to make Spicy Ume-Pon Dressing:
  1. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and chop well to turn the rest into a paste.
  2. Put all the ingredients except for the sesame seeds in an empty jar. Put the lid on securely and shake very very well.
  3. Add the sesame seeds at the end. Otherwise, they stick to the back of the lid.
