  4. Prepare 1 packages 8oz shredded pepper jack cheeses
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup butter
  6. Get 4 cup milk
  7. Take 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  8. Get 1 garlic powder to taste
  9. Get 1 black pepper to taste
  10. Make ready 1 italian seasoning to taste

Steps to make Cheesy Ham and Potatoes:

  7. Place in oven, uncovered at 375 for 1-1 1/2hrs or until potatoes are tender. **You may need to place your pan on a large cookie sheet to catch anything that may bubble over.
  8. Let it set for at least 10min. This will allow it to set up a little and keep you from burning your mouth.
