The ingredients needed to make Supreme Casserole:
  1. Make ready 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
  2. Make ready 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
  3. Get 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  4. Prepare 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
  5. Make ready 1 small onion, chopped
  6. Prepare 1 pkg. long grain & wild rice (I used Rice A Roni Brand)
  7. Prepare 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  8. Take 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  9. Get 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  10. Take 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  11. Get 2/3 cup sour cream
  12. Get 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  13. Take 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  14. Get 2 tsp. dried parsley
  15. Make ready 1 tsp. garlic powder
  16. Prepare to taste salt & pepper

Instructions to make Supreme Casserole:
  1. Begin by prepping your ingredients and having them ready to go.
  2. Cook rice as directed on package. At the same time in separate skillet, cook your chicken, seasoned with the parsley, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Once both are cooked, set aside.
  3. Mix up your sauce by combining in a large bowl: mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, cream of mushroom soup and the ground red pepper; set aside.
  4. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and layer ingredients as follows: rice, broccoli, cooked chicken, ham, cheddar cheese, sliced mushrooms, onion, sauce. Top with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy!
