Instructions to make Kabocha and Boiled Egg Salad.:
  1. Leave the skin on the kabocha and cut roughly into smaller pieces. Heat in a microwave until it becomes soft.
  2. Roughly chop up one boiled egg. Slice the other boiled egg to use as decoration.
