  5. Make ready 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  6. Prepare 2 eggs
  7. Make ready 5 Tbsp milk
  8. Take 4 Tbsp raisins
  9. Take 20 salted cherry blossoms

Instructions to make Sakura Cheese Muffins:
  1. Grease your muffin tin.
  2. Rinse the cherry blossoms and soak in water until ready to use. I put them in water for about 2 hours.
  3. These are salted cherry blossoms. The salt preserves them for up to about a year.
  4. Soak raisins in hot water.
  5. Place butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  6. Preheat oven to 180°/355°.
