  1. Get 10 cm Japanese leek
  2. Make ready 100 grams Chicken tenders or whatever chicken meat you prefer
  3. Get 10 Frozen shrimp (small)
  4. Take 1/2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  5. Take 2 Eggs
  6. Prepare 240 grams Cooked rice
  7. Take 2 tbsp Olive oil
  8. Take A
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sugar
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Vinegar (preferably rice vinegar)
  12. Get 1/2 tsp Kabosu citrus juice (or lemon juice)
  13. Take 1/2 tsp Olive oil
  14. Take 2 tsp Sakura shrimp (crushed)
  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  16. Take 2 Chili peppers
  17. Make ready 1/4 tsp - (to taste) Green chili pepper paste (optional)
  18. Take 1/2 - (to taste) Red chili pepper (optional)

Instructions to make Indonesian Fried Rice with Chicken and Shrimp (Nasi Goreng):
  1. Finely crush the sakura shrimp. Finely chop the chili pepper and Japanese leek (slice the chili pepper into rounds). Cut the chicken into small pieces to cook through quickly. Rinse the frozen shrimp in warm water and blot the excess moisture.
  2. Combine the A ingredients.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and prepare a sunny side side up.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Stir-fry the leek and garlic, in that order.
  5. Add the chicken and stir-fry until stir-fry.
  6. Add the shrimp to Step 5 and stir-fry.
  7. Add the A ingredients. When it comes to a boil, cook for 1 more minute.
  8. Add the warm cooked rice.
  9. Mix it well and it's done.
  10. (Note:) You could also break the egg into small pieces with a spoon and combine with the rice.
