  2. Prepare 2 cup sugar powder (or as required)
  3. Take 11-12 kesar threads
  4. Make ready 1 tsp elaichi powder
  5. Get cotton cloth
  6. Get yellow food color

Steps to make Yummy Shrikhand:
  1. Take curd. cover it in cotton cloth and hand it for 4-5 hours
  2. Take it out and spread in deep plate now add 2 cup sugar powder
  3. Now we have to mix sugar n curd with hand until all granules of sugar get dissolved. when it will get done you ll notice curd become fluffy and creamy
  4. Now add food color, elaich powder, kesar threads and mix it well
  5. Now pour it in bowl and garnish with dryfruits
  6. Keep it in fridge for 15-20 min then serve chilled. your shrikhand is ready..
