Let all the water drain out of curd. After that place a sieve into the bowl. Add curd and powdered sugar into the sieve blend wel so that sugar get dissolved with the help of spoon. Bit with the help of spoon so that all the soft texture of thick and creamy curd will get below the sieve.
  2. Add few saffron strands and cardamom nutmeg powder. Add pista essence. Mix wel with help of spoon all the mixture so that the creamy yogurt will form under the sieve. You can see the soft creamy yogurt in a bowl. Take it in a serving bowl decorate with chopped almonds and pistachios and saffron strands.
