Steps to make Yakult Mulberry Shrikhand:
  1. Add Yoghurt to a clean cotton or a muslin cloth and squeeze it up nicely. Place it on a strainer underneath which a bowl should be kept for collecting the whey. Use this in curries and gravies or in Kadhi Pakora curry just as I did.
