  2. Get 250 gm Hung curd
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp Sugar powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Fresh cream

Instructions to make Strawberry shrikhand:
  1. Wash and chop strawberry.
  2. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours in a fridge then we get hung curd.
  3. Take a blender add strawberry and blend it.
  4. Now we get strawberry puree.
  5. Take a bowl add strawberry puree,hung curd,sugar powder and fresh cream and blend it.
  6. Pour the mixture in the serving dish and garnish with strawberry and serve
