The ingredients needed to make Japanese ground Daikon Radish Soup:
  1. Get 15-20 cm Daikon Radish
  2. Get 5 cm carrot
  3. Take 1 piece Aburaage (thin deep-fried Tofu)
  4. Make ready 1 Eringi mushroom or any mushroom
  5. Make ready 30 cm spring onion
  6. Prepare 1/2 Tofu
  7. Take 2 tablespoon Dashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  8. Get 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  9. Get 2 tablespoon Katakuriko starch or any starch
  10. Prepare Finely chopped Mitsuba leaf or green spring onion for garnish

Instructions to make Japanese ground Daikon Radish Soup:
  1. Grind Daikon Radish. Please don't throw Daikon water away.
  2. Cut vegetables, Aburaage and Tofu.
  3. This is Aburaage
  4. This is Eringi mushroom
  5. Grind Daikon
  6. Put vegetables and Aburaage into 1000ml water in pot and bring to boil.
  7. Put grind Daikon and Tofu. Season with Dashi powder and soy sauce.
  8. Mix starch with 50ml of water
  9. Add starch mixture into boiling soup to make thick. And cook 3 minutes. Garnish with Mitsuba leaf.
