These grains can help you feel full for longer too, which can help your mood too. Feeling starved can actually make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. You digest them quicker than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
Green tea is truly good for your mood. You just knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is found to be rich in an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have found that this specific amino acid can essentially stimulate brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while at the same loosening up the rest of your body.
