  1. Prepare 1 tomato (cut into 8 equal parts)
  2. Prepare 2 bunches mizuna/potherb mustard (cut into 3 cm length)
  3. Take 5 leaves lettuce (tear into pieces)
  4. Take 1/2 cucumber (thinly shredded)
  5. Prepare 1/2 bunch spaghetti (cut into short pieces, pan fry with a little oil for 10~20 seconds)
  6. Make ready to taste mayonnaise
  7. Get DRESSING: (mixed in advance)
  8. Get 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  9. Get 2 Tbsp vinegar
  10. Make ready 1 Tbsp mirin
  11. Get 1 tsp sugar
  12. Prepare 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  13. Take 1 Tbsp dashi (if you have)

Research has proven that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps improve your mental energy while at the same time calming your body.
