They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
Green tea is excellent for moods. You were sure it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is found to be rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps better your mental focus while calming the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you become healthier. And now you are aware that green tea can help you be happier also!
