Grains can be good for driving away a bad mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are terrific at helping you have a happier mood. These grains can help your mood elevate because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Studies prove that this particular amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps better your mental focus while relaxing the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that green tea can elevate your mood also!
