  5. Take 2 tomatoes chopped
  6. Get 1 cup frozen mxed vegetablea (corn, sweet peas, carrots , green beans)
  7. Make ready 2 dash coriander powder
  8. Prepare 2 dash salt and pepper
  9. Get 2 dash chilli pepper
  10. Prepare 2 bell peppers sliced
  11. Make ready 2 large onions sliced
  12. Prepare 2 can sweet thick condensed Creamed milk
  13. Take 2 chicken bouilon cubes
  14. Prepare 2 cup hot water
  15. Take 1 jar of processed cream cheese spread ( about 2 cups)

  4. simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes
  5. set chicken mixture aside
  6. slice 2 onions and bell peppers and arrange in bottom of 2 glass baking dishes
  7. lay out the strips if sambosa leaves and put a small teaspoon amount at one end of leaf and start rolling up. after rolling it up wet the end of it with a little water or milk to seal the end of it.
  8. arrange on top of the sliced onions and bell peppers
  9. put 3 cups of hot water in a bowl and and the bullion cubes, stir till blended and pour mixture over sambosa. half of mixture in each pan
  10. cook in oven at 260°F Celsius . only turn on the bottom heat of the oven not the top heat.
  11. cook until the boulion water mixture has disapeared. about 30 minutes
  12. take it out of oven and set aside
  13. put the cream milk in bowl and add cheese and blend together
  14. pour cheese mixture over sambosa
  15. put back in oven cooking at 150°F Celsius until golden brown on top. ( in this step the top part is on and the bottom part of oven is off
