The ingredients needed to make Wok Radish cakes:
  1. Make ready 800 gm Ready Made Radish cakes (find in Asian stores)
  2. Get 3 eggs
  3. Get 6 cloves chopped garlic
  4. Make ready 1 dl chopped spring onions
  5. Take 300 gm bean sprouts
  6. Take 100 gm dried shrimps (washed)
  7. Get 2 Chinese sausages (slice into thin slices)
  8. Take Wok sauce ingredients
  9. Prepare 0.5 dl dark mushrooms soya
  10. Take 0.5 sambal chili paste
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoon light soya sauce
  12. Prepare 2 tablespoon sweet soya sauce
  13. Make ready 1 teaspoon white pepper
  14. Take 1 pinch salt
  15. Prepare 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  16. Get 1 dl water

Instructions to make Wok Radish cakes:
  1. Heat up frying pan, add in the cooking oil then continue with garlic. Stir until they become golden then add in the Chinese sausages and dried shrimps. Continue stir in medium heat.
  2. Then add in the Radish cake cubes then pour in the wok sauce directly and turn onto high heat. Wok around 8 min… Add in 1dl water. Let it soak into the Radish cakes cubes. While waiting, add in the eggs and close the lid. Let it be around 5 min until smell some burn then stir around continue wok.
  3. Then turn off the heat add in bean sprouts and continue stir. Last touch, sprinkle the chopped spring onions on top, then is ready for tummy😊
