  12. Prepare 1/2 cup Chilli garlic sauce

  14. Prepare 2 tbp Soya sauce
  15. Take 1/2 tbp Lemon
  16. Make ready 1 tbp Red chilli powder
  17. Get 1 tbp Garlic powder
  18. Get 1 tbp Oregano
  19. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

  21. Prepare 1 tbp All-purpose flour
  22. Prepare 2 tbp Corn flour
  23. Prepare 1 boneless breast piece Chicken cut in cubes
  24. Get 1 &1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  25. Take 4 tbp Corn flour
  26. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Steps to make Arabian rice:
  1. In pot,add oil,cloves,black pepper corns and mix well.
  2. Add rice,chicken powder,garam masala powder and salt,mix well for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water,mix well and bring it to boil and cook until ¾ th done.
  4. Take out ½ cup of rice,add yellow food color,mix well & set aside.
  5. In remaining rice,add green chilies and mix well.
  6. Now add colored rice in remaining rice,cover and let it simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes then fold gently to mix.
  7. Red Sauce: In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,chili garlic. Mix well and keep aside.
  8. In bowl add chicken,egg, soya sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, red chilli powder, oregano, black peppee poqder, salt, corn flour and all purlose flour. Mix well and let it sit for 15-20 mins.
  9. Coat each piece in flour and dip in beaten egg and then again coat in flour.
  10. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
