Instructions to make Sweet & Sour Fish:
  1. Boil water and mix all liquid ingredients (sauce ingredients). Let it simmer.
  2. Add the solid ingredients (sauce section).
  3. Season fish with salt and fry in a pan with heated oil. Set aside.
  4. Pour the sauce into the cooked fish.
