The ingredients needed to make Lemon pie:
  1. Prepare For the pie crust :
  2. Take 3 cups flour
  3. Get 150 g butter (softened)
  4. Prepare 1 tb baking soda
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  6. Get 5 tb milk
  7. Take For the main cream (vanilla cream):
  8. Take 1 can condensed milk
  9. Make ready 395 g heavy cream
  10. Take 500 ml milk
  11. Get 1 tp vanilla extract
  12. Make ready 2 tb corn starch
  13. Get For the second cream (lime cream):
  14. Make ready 1 can condensed milk
  15. Prepare Juice of 2 limes
  16. Prepare Meringue:
  17. Take 3 egg whites (room temperature or warmer)
  18. Make ready 9 tb sugar

Instructions to make Lemon pie:
  1. For the pie crust: mix all ingredients until the dough is firm. Spread with a rolling pin the size of your baking sheet (I like to use two plastic bags around the dough so the it won't stick in the surface). Use a fork to make small holes or baked beans in the dough. Cook in pre heated oven (180°C) until its golden brown
  2. For the vanilla cream: dilute the corn starch with a little bit of milk. Put the milk, the corn starch milk and the condensed milk in a pan and mix (don't stop mixing) in low heat until it's creamy and firm. Turn the heat off and mix in vanilla and heavy cream. Wait to cool down a bit and put in the pie crust.
  3. For the lemon cream: mix condensed milk and lime juice. Spread over the pie.
  4. For the meringue: beat the egg whites with sugar until it's fluffy. Spread over the pie and make small peaks with a fork. I like to use lime zests to decorate a bit. Bake in low heat until the peaks get a little brown (watch constantly because it can burn!). Let it cool and put in the fridge at least 2h before eating.

It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you eat grains. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are terrific at helping you feel better. They help you feel full too which can truly help to improve your mood.
