Steps to make Alu matar ka salan:
  1. Cut onion
  2. Cut potatoes tomatoes and ginger garlic
  3. Onions add karein oil main
  4. Jese he onion ka colour change hu garlic add karein
  5. Onions golden hu tu pni ka chenta lagaein flame off kar de
  6. Add tomatoes green chilli and ginger
  7. Add water as required and make puree
  8. Flame on karein spices(salt,red pepper,zera powder,sokha dhania,haldi) add karein
  9. Oil separate hone tak bhon le
  10. Oil separate hu to crushed red chilli and yogurt add kar de.
  11. Add matar
  12. Add potatoes and mix well for 5 mins
  13. Add water 3 cups
  14. Low flame pay cover kar ke rakh de
  15. Matar and alu soft hu chukay hain and grave se ha zayda shorba nahi
  16. Flame off kar de kali mirch and garam masala add karein
  17. Fresh coriander add karein
  18. Main ne end pay oil nikal dia tha
  19. Roti ke sath serve karein
