  2. Pehle aik pan me 1/2cup oil dalin or usme adrak lehsan ka paste dal de r aik do min fry krne ke baad usme chicken daal de or usko fry karai jab tak chicken ka colour change na hojai, pher usko dhak kar rakh dain halki anch par takay chicken apna pani chorde.
  3. Jab chicken apna pani chorde toh usko fry karein r sath he usme 1tsp Namak,1tsp laal mirchi powder,2tbsp hara masala,2tbsp biryani masala or half dhahi daal de or half dhahi dum kelye bacha de,Sub masale dalne ke baad takreeban 5 min tak chicken ko ache se bhoon lain.
  4. Jab chicken ache se bhun jai toh usme fry kye hue pyaaz daal dain r thore se dum ke lye bacha kar rakh de, pher usme 1,cup pani daal de or usko pakne rakh de takreban 10 mint take chicken ache se gal jai.
  5. Jab chicken cook hojai pher isme layers lagainge, pehle chawal boiled ke hue dale,pher dhahi jo half bachaya tha,pher aaloo fry kye hue,hara mirchi, r podina,kewra essence thora sa, zarda rang half tsp thoray sy doodh main ghol ke thora thora daltay jayin
  6. Ise trha dosre layer lagai pher dubara chawal dale jo baki bache hn,pher fry aaloo,fry ke hue pyaz jo bacha kar rakhe thy,zarday ka rang hari mirchi r podina, r kewra essence daal dain
  7. Pher cover kar ke 20-25 min ke lye dum per rakh de slow flame per.
