The ingredients needed to make Slow cooker curry chicken and easy rice and peas:
  1. Get curry chicken
  2. Make ready 2 Chicken thighs
  3. Take 2 tbsp cream of chicken
  4. Get 1 tbsp curry powder
  5. Make ready 1 carrot
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp minced garlic
  7. Make ready 1 can buttermilk biscuit dough
  8. Get 1/4 cup chopped onion
  9. Take spices
  10. Prepare rice and peas
  11. Get 1 cup white rice
  12. Make ready 1 can red kidney beans
  13. Prepare 1 can coconut milk
  14. Make ready spices
  15. Prepare soy sauce

Whisk to combine, then stir in spices: curry powder, turmeric, cayenne, pepper and salt. Add chicken breast to slow cooker followed by sweet potato, carrots and onions. Mix all ingredients, except rice, together in the slow cooker. Taste and season with salt and pepper, as needed.

Instructions to make Slow cooker curry chicken and easy rice and peas:
  1. Place carrots and onion at bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Put chicken in slow cooker
  3. In separate bowl, mix cream of chicken, curry, garlic salt and seasoning. Spoon over chicken
  4. Separate 2 biscuits into a out 10-12 pieces. Form pieces into spinners (oblong dumplings) and place on top of everything.
  5. Let cook on low for 5-7 hours
  6. For rice and peas: put rice in rice cooker and add coconut milk instead of water.
  7. Add as many beans as you want and turn on rice cooker.
  8. (For color) add soy sauce at the end of the cooking process and stir rice with rice spoon.
  9. Serve chicken over rice and enjoy!

Mix all ingredients, except rice, together in the slow cooker. Taste and season with salt and pepper, as needed. In a small bowl, combine the salsa, curry powder, salt and pepper; pour over top.
