  3. Take 1/2 pack Shimeji mushrooms
  4. Take 1/2 pack Maitake mushrooms
  5. Make ready 1 King oyster mushrooms
  6. Prepare 1 Green onion or scallion
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Sake or white wine
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Consommé stock granules
  9. Get 1 dash Salt and pepper
  10. Take 1 dash Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions to make Steamed Wiener Sausages and Mushrooms:
  1. Cut the wiener sausages diagonally (about 3 pieces per sausage).
  2. Clean the fresh shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms and split them up.
  3. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half, and then thinly slice them into vertical pieces.
  4. Put the ingredients from Steps 1, 2, and 3 into a frying pan, add the consume and sake, and cover with a lid. Steam-fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and let sit for 2-3 minutes (←the residual heat will continue the cooking process). Then season with salt and pepper and stir together.
  6. Serve it into a bowl and if you like, add a little lemon juice and some finely chopped scallions, and just like that, it's done.
