  13. Get 6 tablespoons salted butter
  14. Take 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions to make Fudge Ice cream:
  1. Ice cream is any day great at any time of the year. Its always been a stock in my fridge served to any interested guest especially kids. I remember how I went to my brothers place and I tried this awesome fudge made by my sister in law. Although I just wanted to trash after a tiring day, I just could grab the fudge with some green tea and I finally discovered that I lost count. Later that evening I went back to my parents but this recipe always lingered in my mind and heres what I come up wit…
  2. Base:
  3. In a bowl combine crumble kitkat  and biscuits with hand or in a crusher.
  4. Add butter and sugar to the crumbled kitkat and mix well.
  5. Place it in a tray to serve and let it set till firm
  6. Cream cheese ice cream
  7. Combine the heavy cream (cold) and beat it till its stiff firm.
  8. Lower the speed and add condensed milk and vanilla extract into the heavy cream.
  9. Beat it again till the mixture is stiff.
  10. Add cream cheese and blend it to get the thick texture.
  11. Pour it on the existing base layer that is made.
  12. Let it set overnight
  13. Caramel:
  14. Place sugar in a pan and let it boil till it reaches brown and sugar melts. Make sure it does not burn
  15. Once brown add butter. This will create bubbles.
  16. After 2 minutes add heavy cream and pinch of salt.
  17. Allow it to cool and pour it on the ice cream
  18. Fudge:
  19. In a bowl add semi chocolate chip and condensed,milk.
  20. Microwave it for a minute till melted
  21. Add vanilla extract and pinch of salt and mix it well.
  22. Place it in a tray and let it set for 3 hours.
  23. Finally place it on top of the caramel (make sure its not hot to melt the ice cream).
