  6. Prepare 2 tbsp Sofrito (Recipe on my profile)
  7. Get 1/2 cup Bacon, chopped
  8. Prepare 1/2 envelope Sazón Goya (annatto powder with culantro)
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp Sazonador Total Goya (A pre-made mix of different herbs)

Instructions to make Elisa's Potato & Yautia Side:
  1. In a pot, boil the yautia and potatoes until done. Set aside.
  2. In a big pan, add all the other ingredients and cook on low heat until the onions get soft.
  3. Drain the yautia and the potatoes and add them to the pan and mix well.
