  1. Prepare 1/2 kg arbi leaves(taro root))
  2. Make ready 4 onion chopped
  3. Make ready 2 green chillies
  4. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  6. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. Take 1/4 tsp garam masala
  8. Take 2 tbsp oil

  1. Firstly Peel the arbi and cut it
  2. After that wash it
  3. Take a pan add oil
  4. Add arbi and saute it for 3-4 minutes
