Not just that, nuts, particularly, are a fantastic protein food source.
If you wish to fight depression, you should eat some cold water fish. Cold water fish like tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3 fats. These are two things that really help the grey matter in your brain work a lot better. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can greatly raise your mood.
Grains can be great for overcoming a bad mood. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly great for helping increase your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods too. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you feel hungry! These grains can improve your mood since it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest these foods faster than other foods which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.
Green tea is actually good for your mood. You were sure it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while at the same loosening up the rest of your body.
