Instructions to make Potato Salad with Hearts:
  1. Peel the potato and cut into 6 pieces. Bring some water to a boil and add the eggs. Once they're about 70% cooked add the sausage and boil for 1 minute.
  2. Check the firmness of the boiled items, and if they're okay, then drain them. Peel the egg and use the back of a fork, etc to mash it. Mash the potato as well.
  3. Cut the sausage into small, bite-sized pieces. Mix together with mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and lemon juice, and adjust the flavor.
  4. Arrange into a round shape on a small plate. Decorate with a carrot sliced into a heart shape using a mold and large radish sprouts and it's complete.
  5. For bento, put the potato salad in a silicone or aluminium cup, then place the heart on top. It's cute.
