  1. Take 2 Beef Round Sirloin Tip Boneless Steaks
  2. Make ready 1 worcestershire sauce
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp Kirkland Steak Seasoning, approximately
  4. Get 1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips
  5. Make ready 1/2 pepper (i use green) sliced into thin strips
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms
  7. Take 1 garlic salt to taste
  8. Get 1 splash of sherry
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
  10. Make ready 1 olive or vegetable oil for frying

Instructions to make Just for my Men Awesome Steak:
  1. pound meat with meat mallet til thinned out and tender
  2. sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, sherry, seasoning and garlic salt on both sides of each piece of meat. let sit.
  3. fry onions and pepper strips in oil until tender crisp. add mushrooms and fry 1-2 more minutes
  4. remove vegetables from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  5. add steak to the oil and fry to desired fineness. top with butter
  6. top with veggies and sauce from pan. serve over brown rice. enjoy!
