It will kill the yeast. - - Gradually pour the pandan juice and coconut cream into the flour mixture while still mixing with a spatula. - - Once it becomes a dough, knead the dough inside the bowl until all the nooks and crannies of flour are kneaded into the dough, about 5 mins.
- Transfer onto a lightly floured surface. - - Add in half of the yudane. - - Knead for about 5 mins until the yudane is fully incorporated. - - Add in the butter. - - Continue kneading for another 3 to 5 mins.

If the dough is too sticky, add in flour, 1 TBSP at a time. - - Lightly grease the bowl with some butter. - - Transfer the dough back to the greased bowl. - - Cover with a damp lint-free kitchen towel and let rise for 30 mins.

Discover How to Elevate Your Mood with Food
A lot of us have been trained to believe that comfort foods are terrible and are to be avoided. Sometimes, if your comfort food is essentially candy or other junk foods, this can be true. Other times, however, comfort foods can be totally healthy and it’s good for you to eat them. There are a number of foods that, when you eat them, could better your mood. When you are feeling a little down and are in need of an emotional boost, try a few of these.
Eggs, would you believe, are great for helping you fight depression. Just be sure that you don’t throw away the egg yolk. The egg yolk is the part of the egg that is the most crucial in terms of helping elevate your mood. Eggs, especially the yolks, are full of B vitamins. These B vitamins are wonderful for helping to improve your mood. This is because these vitamins increase the function of your brain’s neural transmitters (the parts of the brain that dictate how you feel). Consume an egg and feel happier!
Make several trail mix of nuts or seeds. Almonds, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etcetera are all great for raising your mood. This is because these nuts are high in magnesium, which helps to boost serotonin levels. Serotonin is referred to as the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling all the time. The more serotonin you have, the better you are going to feel. Nuts, along with elevating your mood, can be a super source of protein.
If you wish to battle depression, try eating some cold water fish. Wild salmon, herring, mackerel, trout, and tuna are all rich in omega-3s and DHA. These are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can actually help you overcome depression.
It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all good for helping you be in a happier state of mind. They help you feel full too which can really help to better your mood. Feeling starved can truly make you feel terrible! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
Green tea is fantastic for moods. You just knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea has been found to be chock-full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid basically stimulates brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You knew green tea could help you become better. Now you know that applies to your mood also!
See, you don’t need to consume all that junk food when you are wanting to feel better! Try a few of these instead!
