  1. Make ready 2 pieces milk fish (bangus)
  2. Get 80 g ginger
  3. Take 1 whole red onion
  4. Take 4 pcs spring onion
  5. Take 2 pcs red chili pepper
  6. Make ready 2 cups mayonaise
  7. Get 1 whole lemon
  8. Get 2 tablespoon sugar
  9. Take salt and pepper
  10. Take 2 bags pork crackling
  11. Prepare cooking oil

Instructions to make Sisig na Bangus:
  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Dice the ginger.
  3. Dice the chili peppers.
  4. Dice spring onions.
  5. I just picked up this brand by chance, any pork crackling will do.
  6. Crush the pork crackling
  7. The milk fish can be purchased from the asian store.
  8. Pre heat the cooking oil
  9. Deep fry the milk fish until golden brown.
  10. Let the milk fish cool down after frying before dicing.
  11. Slice the lemon.
  12. Mix all the ingredients together and add the mayonaise.
  13. Add the sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  14. Chill for few hours before serving.
