Instructions to make Pork Binagoongan:
  1. Combine pork cubes, water, peppercorn and vinegar in a pot and bring to a boil for 30 mins or until meat is tender. Then set aside.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in a pan.
  3. Add pork and shrimp paste. Add 1/3 cup pork stock and let simmer for 30 mins or until pork becomes brown.
  4. Add chili and sugar according to taste.
  5. Best served with hot steamed rice.
