The ingredients needed to make Lechon Sisig:
  1. Prepare 1 lb Leftover roasted pork, chopped into small pieces
  2. Take 2 tbsp butter
  3. Get 4 tbsp liver spread
  4. Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. Get 1 onion, chopped into small cubes
  6. Take 1/4 cup knorr liquid seasoning
  7. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper
  8. Get 2 pcs lime
  9. Take 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  10. Take 1 tsp hot sauce
  11. Make ready 1 tsp crushed dried chilli
  12. Get Some green and red chillis, sliced
  13. Get Spring onions, sliced

Instructions to make Lechon Sisig:
  1. Melt butter in a pan
  2. Add onion, cook until transparent
  3. Add lechon and stir
  4. Add liver spread and mix until well combined
  5. Add garlic powder, liquid seasoning, crushed dried chilis, salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes in medium heat
  6. Stir in mayonnaise and cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat.
  7. Sprinkle green and red chilis and spring onions on top, squeeze lime and add hot sauce if desired.
