  1. Boil pig liempo with water in a pot until it turned soft
  2. Set aside pig liempo first then use the boiled water of pig liempo. Put sliced tomatoes and onion. Let it stand until it boils for 3-5 mins. Add the pig liempo again. And make it boil.
  3. Season with tamarind powder mix and let it boil for 7 mins.
  4. Add fish sauce, salt and pepper.
