  7. Take 1 packages Sinigang sa gabi mix
  8. Prepare 4 piece Taro
  9. Take 3 cup Water spinach (kangkong)
  10. Get 1 medium Onion, sliced
  11. Make ready 3 clove garlic
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  13. Take 6 cup water
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Cooking oil

  1. Heat a cooking pot with cooking oil.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion
  3. Add pork and fish sauce
  4. Pour water and bring to boil
  5. Add tomatoes and simmer for 40-50 minutes
