The ingredients needed to make Tacos al pastor:
  1. Take 2 lb pork meat
  2. Prepare 2 dry ancho chile
  3. Prepare 5 dry California chile
  4. Prepare 3 Chipotle chili in adobo
  5. Take 1/2 cup orange juice
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  7. Make ready 6 clove of garlic
  8. Make ready 1/2 large onion
  9. Take 1 cup diced pineapple
  10. Get 3 cloves
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp dry oregano
  12. Make ready 1 tsp ground cumin
  13. Make ready salt ( remember enough for all the pork)

Steps to make Tacos al pastor:
  1. Boil water then turn off heat and put the dry chilies in the water and leave then in the water for about 15 min
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients into the blender to make the marinate
  3. Pour the marinate over the pork and refrigerate for 4 hours or for best results over night
  4. Now you can grill them up for best smokey taste but I cooked them on the stove top
  5. To serve as tacos lay the meat on a tortilla top with chopped onion, cilatro, I use a green salsa (tomatillos salsa), and a squirt of lime.
