Steps to make 🌯 Soft Taco Wrap 🌯:

  2. (Optional) Season your pan.. Chop: onions, garlic, dash green peppers, tomatoes, and sprinkle of taco seasoning to your pan.
  3. Add a bit of water to your pan to merry your ingredients. Low heat n cover. About 5 minutes don't burn.
  4. Add your meat to pan. Cook low heat. Chop with spatula.
  5. Brown your meat. Chop with spatula. Add more taco seasoning and stir.
  6. Cover, cook on low heat.πŸ”₯
  7. In a separate preferably non stick pot add your Rotel tomatoes. β˜†DO NOT DRAINβ˜† (I use mild because original is too hot for me. Mild still has some kick!) πŸ…
  8. Dice Velveeta cheese add to pot with Rotel tomatoes.πŸ§€
  9. Cook on low heat stir frequently until all cheese melted. If too thin or soupy add small amounts of cheese to thicken. Note you don't want overly thick either.πŸ₯„
  10. Add a splash of water to top of your wrap and microwave 20 seconds to soften to make rolling easy. (prevent any ripping)πŸ’§
  11. On a clean flat surface place wrap down.
  12. Spread cheese sauce evenly on wrap (or any other soft topping: sour cream, salsa, ect)πŸ₯„
  13. Add meat to one side of wrap.
  14. Add more Cheese any other toppings.
  15. Roll a portion tucking meat into roll,
  16. Fold the sides in and finish rolling up.
  17. Pop in microwave for 10-15 seconds to seal the wrap.
